At North Origin, we ensure every product meets the highest standards of quality and comfort. However, if something isn’t right, our return process is simple and transparent.
1. Easy 7-Day Return Window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Please note that acceptance of returns may vary depending on product type and ongoing promotions.
2. Refund Method
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
- COD Orders: Refunds are issued to the North Origin Wallet, which can be used for future purchases.
3. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must report it to us within 24 hours of delivery along with unboxing images or videos for verification.
We will arrange a priority replacement or credit based on availability.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Accessories
- Sunglasses
- Perfumes
- Masks
- Innerwear
5. Sale & Promotional Offers
Products bought under special sales, discounts, or free-product promotions (such as BOGO / Buy 1 Get 1) are not eligible for returns or refunds, only exchange is allowed.
6. Reverse Pickup Fee
In cases of repeated or excessive return requests, North Origin reserves the right to charge a reverse shipment fee of up to ₹100, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.
7. Condition for Successful Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Products showing signs of wear will not be accepted.
8. Processing Timeline
Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes quality check:
- Refunds are processed within 4–7 business days.
- Wallet refunds (for COD orders) are usually instant after QC approval.
